If you want to return a product, Square Bear Kids has a 30-day return policy from the time your order was delivered. During this time, we will be happy to process a payment return for any reason.
To receive a full refund, the returning item must be postmarked within 30 days of when the item was received by you. The returned item must be shipped back to us in the original packaging, unassembled, with all fastening hardware and instruction materials.
You are responsible for the shipping cost for your return.
A full refund will be issued if all components are present and undamaged. Any missing or damaged parts may result in a deduction from the refund amount. Damage refers to any breakage or cosmetic alterations, such as scrapes, dents, scratches, or gouges on the plywood material or its finish. It is crucial to carefully package the return, and additional packing materials may be necessary to ensure the safe return of the item. Any damage that occurs during the return shipping process will be your responsibility.

Warranty
We guarantee our products for 1 year from your purchase date. We believe in the quality of our furniture and want you to be happy with it. If something breaks during this time, we will replace broken parts for free.
This warranty covers failures from regular use only, not damage from accidents, abuse, vandalism, or Acts of God.
The warranty applies only to the original owner. If one year has passed since the purchase date, Square Bear Kids will provide replacement parts to the original owner. The owner will cover the cost of the part(s) and shipping.
